.....and unfortunately, the blog suffers because of this. Anyway, here's a little warm up piece I did for my friend Tom Bayne's Gulf Coast fundraiser, "Draw Captain Planet Day" on July 21, 2010. It's not Captain Planet, but as a kid I always thought Gaia deserved a little more attention.

i was randomly looking for a pic of gaia(one of my fav childhood characters) online and i found yours...
i consider my self an environmentalist and love mother earth...
plus i'm big into my native american heritage...
this "gaia" (captain planet character/greek goddess) is exactly what "tonantzin" was for the mexica...
by any chance do you have any prints for sale???
